Associate Director, Hub Accounting Location: Burkina Faso (Any), Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana-Remote, Mali-Remote, DRC-Remote, Sénégal-Remote, Bénin (Any) Due date: November 10th, 2026 Job requisition: Req N° 2026201318 JOB SUMMARY Manages across a regional Hub the development, implementation, and maintenance of one or more accounting systems and core accounting processes (e.g., journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, and cash flows) in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. Designs and improves operational procedures and processes to meet financial accounting standards and improve efficiency. Ensures integration of accounting data into systems and supports the objectives of financial analysts through accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting and revenue data. Participates in annual audits and special projects and may work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Reports to the Senior Director, Financial and Operational Support. RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Complexity & Problem Solving Provides operational leadership to Hub accounting staff and supports coordination with country teams across a geographic Hub. Assigns and reviews the work of country office accounting teams, providing guidance and support as needed. Monitors and improves the monthly close process by analyzing performance and implementing more efficient procedures and use of available resources.
